The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
🎯 Basic Usage
Start Timer: Click the Start button to begin a 25-minute work session
Pause/Resume: Click the Start/Pause button to pause or resume the timer
Reset: Click Reset to start the current session over
Skip: Click Skip to move to the next session type

Adjust work, break, and long break durations in the settings panel
Set how many work sessions before a long break
Enable auto-start to automatically begin the next session
Choose from 4 color themes (White, Dark, Sepia, Blue)
📋 Task Management
Add tasks to track what you're working on during sessions
Check off tasks as you complete them
Delete tasks that are no longer needed

Track total sessions completed
Monitor total focus time
View weekly productivity chart
See session history in the log
